William J. Hill is the President and CEO of Mighty Auto Pro, an auto repair and maintenance facility. Bill's history in auto repair spans over 30 years. In 1997 he purchased Mighty Auto Pro and grew his 19 bay facility from a relative unknown to a highly successful shop.
Voted by his own clients as the "Best Auto Repair Shop" 4 years in a row, he is also the recipient of the Better Business Bureau "Gold Star Award".
Hill co-authored "How to Buy a Great Used Car" with Amy Mattinat of Automotive Experts, has been featured on multiple occassions on Channel 5 News, recently won the "Marketer of the Year" award in a nationwide contest, and has been a featured speaker at various seminars.
Hill attributes his growth and success to exceptional customer service, and has most recently co-authored his second book "Whatever Happened to Outstanding Customer Service" based on experiences that have driven him to be a leader in his field.
